Gum Arabic Powder (also known as Acacia Powder) is an off-white refined powder. It is a natural product made from the sap of two types of wild Acacia tree.
It is used as a binder to increase the viscosity, inhibit crystallisation and can add a shiny appearance to surfaces it is applied to.
